The Service is provided as is, and we take commercially reasonable steps to protect user privacy and data security.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect operational data needed to maintain the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend routes and improve connectivity, Heibao VPN may use approximate device location information. This data is mainly used to: 1. recommend connection options based on region and node status; 2. identify performance issues through anonymized aggregate data; and 3. send important service updates, security notices, or necessary account messages.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase crash analytics, for diagnostics and feature improvement. We do not sell or share personal information for unrelated purposes except when required by legal process, necessary to protect users or public safety, or handled by service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop new App data collection by uninstalling the App through the standard device process.

Account data submitted by users is retained during the service term and for a reasonable retention period afterward. If we discover that such information has been collected by mistake, we will take deletion measures. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and operational review to reduce unauthorized access risk.
