This agreement is a legal contract between you and Heibao VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization, and you may not misuse trademarks or materials related to the Service. The App and related intellectual property are lawfully owned by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for device, account, and password security; jailbreaking, rooting, or weakening system protections may cause app failure or data risk.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those functions may also be subject to the terms of the relevant third-party providers.

Service availability depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, and local carrier routing. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signal, roaming charges, or the user network environment. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data fees. When roaming outside your home country, confirm that you understand the fees and have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App, including device battery, system permissions, network configuration, and account custody. Although we maintain route information and version compatibility, some network conditions may be affected by third parties or carriers. For security and compatibility, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the App service as permitted by law. After termination, the license expires and you must stop using and delete the App.

Digital Service Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Digital services, subscription benefits, or software access are generally final once activated and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test available demos, trials, or free editions before purchasing to confirm the client, routes, and functions match their network environment.

Customer Support: If you encounter installation, connection, or account problems, contact support and we will assist within a reasonable scope.

Technical Issues: If technical issues affect service use, we will work to resolve them or provide practical guidance. Issue handling itself does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if an account, license key, or digital access right is shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
